Eianai Health is an online home for women, mothers, and families: clear original wellness education, real product-source research, and practical guidance on safe care. Browse without pressure or unsupported health promises.

Clinicians licensed in the patient’s state decide treatment. Prescriptions are never guaranteed. Dietary supplements are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Standing in her world Welcome to Eianai — calm, luxurious care for the moments that shape a family.
Welcome

A calm, trustworthy health world for real families

Eianai Health exists for the woman who is holding a lot at once: her own health, a pregnancy or a new baby, a partner, aging parents, a job, and a household that runs on her memory. Looking after a family’s health often means a dozen browser tabs, confusing labels, and advice that is either too clinical to understand or too casual to trust. We built Eianai to be the opposite of that, a quiet place to learn about wellness and compare product sources.

On this site you will find three things. The first is a supplier-reference guide for nonprescription product categories: women’s and maternal wellness, vitamins and supplements, home medical supplies, skin and self-care, and mom-and-baby essentials. The second is the Wellness Journal, a library of original, plain-language articles about everyday routines like evening wind-downs, first-aid readiness, and home blood pressure checks. The third is virtual care, an educational overview of telehealth safeguards; no appointments or patient intake are available.

We are especially mindful of the people who have too often been underserved by mainstream health spaces, including Black women and mothers, rural families far from specialists, caregivers working long shifts, and anyone who has felt rushed, judged, or talked down to. Everyone is welcome here, and everything we publish is written to be respectful, easy to read, and honest about what a product or an article can and cannot do.

What Eianai is not matters just as much. We are not a pharmacy, we do not sell prescription-only medicines in the shop, and nothing on this site replaces a visit with your own doctor, midwife, or nurse. Our education is general information. When something needs a clinician, we say so clearly, and if it is ever an emergency, the answer is always to call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.

How browsing works

Useful research, not an inventory promise

Read the source

Our product guide links to real supplier records. Each entry identifies the source, what the listing says, and the information that has not been verified. Product descriptions are intentionally factual rather than promises of health benefits.

Understand the price

A supplier quote is not an Eianai retail price. Quantity, customization, shipping, duty and tax can change the final cost. Minimum order quantities can conflict within a listing, so we flag those conflicts rather than selecting the most convenient number.

No checkout

You cannot purchase these items from Eianai. Supplier identity, quality records, per-order fulfillment, US delivery and consumer terms still require confirmation. We have not bought a subscription or opened a paid supplier account.

Printful offers a free plan with per-order charges. Alibaba sellers each set their own business terms. Access to a marketplace does not prove a seller offers individual dropshipping, free shipping or a subscription-free fulfillment agreement. See the product guide for details and source links.

Wellness topics for real life

These educational topics are not lists of available inventory. The product guide separately identifies the actual source records and their limitations.

Women’s & Maternal Wellness

For pregnancy, postpartum, and every season of womanhood

This educational collection explains questions to ask about prenatal multivitamins and omega supplements; it does not establish available inventory. Needs change a great deal from trying to conceive, through each trimester, and into breastfeeding, so we encourage you to bring any supplement to your prenatal appointment and ask your clinician whether it fits your plan. Supplements are meant to complement a varied diet, not replace it, and more is not always better. Some nutrients can be harmful in high amounts during pregnancy.

Vitamins & Supplements

Thoughtful daily essentials

This topic covers everyday supplements, such as magnesium for an evening routine, presented with honest, structure-and-function language. A good habit is to make one change at a time so you can notice how your body responds, and to keep a simple list of every supplement you take to share with your clinician and pharmacist. That list matters because some supplements can interact with prescription medicines, blood thinners, or treatments for blood pressure and thyroid conditions.

Home Medical Supplies

Tools that help you track and prepare

Blood pressure monitors, fingertip pulse oximeters, digital thermometers, first-aid kits, and mobility aids help families keep useful information at hand and respond to everyday bumps and fevers. These are home-use tools, not diagnostic equipment. They work best when used the same way each time and when the readings are shared with a clinician who can interpret them. If your clinician recommends a blood pressure monitor, use the cuff size they advise. Our Journal article on calm home readings walks through the basics.

Skin & Self-care

Small rituals that feel like a deep breath

Serums, creams, and evening comforts for the few quiet minutes you claim for yourself. These are cosmetic products, meaning they are designed to cleanse, moisturize, and beautify, not to treat skin conditions. Patch test anything new on a small area of skin for a day or two, introduce one product at a time, and stop using anything that stings, itches, or causes redness. If you are pregnant or nursing, ask your clinician about specific ingredients you want to avoid.

Explore Skin & Self-care

Mom & Baby

Gentle care for new mothers and little ones

Soft baby lotion, nursing balm, and comfort items for the first months, a time that is beautiful, exhausting, and full of questions. Baby skin is thinner and more sensitive than adult skin, so simple, fragrance-conscious products used sparingly are usually the kindest choice. Never hesitate to call your pediatrician about rashes, feeding worries, or fever in a young baby. They would much rather hear from you early.

Shopping tip

Read before you compare sources

Each product reference includes use context and unresolved sourcing questions. Take a minute to read them, especially for anything you will swallow or use on a baby. If a note says to consult a clinician first, that is meant sincerely, not as fine print. And if you are unsure whether a product is right for your situation, the safest step is to wait until you have asked.

Quality & safety

Evidence needed before an item can be sold

Traceability first

We need the legal manufacturer and supplier identities, batch traceability, complete product specifications and written fulfillment terms. A marketplace badge or manufacturer claim alone does not establish authenticity, safety, US availability or regulatory compliance.

Supplements and sea moss

Require full ingredient and serving information, compliant US labeling, independent batch testing, and verified US fulfillment or a responsible importer. Sea moss additionally needs iodine and heavy-metal results. Never assume that FDA facility registration means FDA product approval.

Batana and equipment

Batana oil needs confirmed botanical identity, provenance and cosmetic safety documentation. Seller hair-growth language is not proof. Fitness equipment needs accurate dimensions, load limits where relevant, material and safety information, and a clear returns process.

FDA disclaimer: These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Dietary supplements are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Virtual care

Understanding safe virtual care

No appointments, medical intake or patient registration are available on this website.

How telehealth works

Telehealth lets a patient communicate with a clinician remotely, using the methods permitted for that service and state. It can help with appropriate nonurgent questions, follow-up and education, but cannot replace every examination. A clinician must decide whether remote assessment is suitable.

Any future Eianai service would require clinicians licensed in the state where the patient is located, clear fees and provider identity, secure clinical systems and informed consent before care begins. No existing provider partnership, appointment availability or treatment outcome is claimed here.

Prescriptions and pharmacies

A prescription is never guaranteed. Eianai Health is not a pharmacy. Any future prescription fulfillment must be handled through licensed pharmacies under applicable law. No prescription medicines or care charges are sold through this guide.

Privacy matters

This is an ordinary informational website, not a HIPAA patient portal. We do not collect clinical intake or health records in forms or Cloudflare KV. Do not send diagnoses, medication lists or other sensitive medical information to the general contact inbox.

Parasite concerns

There is no general supplement detox that establishes or reliably treats a parasite diagnosis. Discuss symptoms and exposures with your own clinician, who can choose appropriate tests and treatments. We do not promote deworming supplements or parasite cleanse efficacy.

Emergency: Call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department for a medical emergency. If you are in crisis, call or text 988.
Why Eianai

The values behind every page

We would rather earn your trust slowly than win a sale with hype.

Welcoming

Care that sees you

Our brand world, a mother standing in a glowing lagoon beneath the moon, reflects who we built this for. Women of color, first-time mothers, and families who have felt overlooked deserve health spaces that feel beautiful and dignified, not clinical and cold. Our words, images, and choices are made with that in mind.

Trustworthy

Plain truth, clearly labeled

We separate education from selling. Journal articles are general information, product pages carry honest cautions, and any affiliate relationship is disclosed. When we earn a commission, we tell you. When something needs a clinician, we say so instead of suggesting a product.

Practical

Made for busy households

Real life is full: school pickups, night feeds, double shifts. We keep our pages easy to navigate on a phone, our instructions short, and our policies readable, so you can find what you need in a few minutes and get back to your day.

The name Eianai and its emblem were created for this brand, and the lagoon is meant as a metaphor: a still place to stand while life moves around you. Health is not only what happens in a doctor’s office. It is also how you rest, what is in your first-aid drawer, the routines you build for your children, and the support you ask for when you need it. Eianai is here for all of those moments, with practical education, transparent source notes and respect for your time and your story. To learn more, read our story.

Wellness Journal

Soft guidance for everyday care

Original articles on rest, home readiness, skin, and maternal wellness. They are written for real households and are educational only, not medical advice.

Building a calm evening ritual

A predictable wind-down, such as dimmer lights, screens set aside, and a warm drink without caffeine, can help a busy household settle. This piece offers simple rhythms you can adapt to small children, shift work, and shared rooms.

Stocking a family first-aid drawer

What to keep close for everyday scrapes, splinters, and fevers, how to organize it so anyone in the house can find things, and the warning signs that mean it is time to call for help instead of reaching for a bandage.

Home blood pressure checks without panic

How to prepare, sit, and position the cuff for consistent readings, why a single number is less meaningful than a pattern, and how to keep a simple log you can share with your clinician.

Nourishing postpartum days

Gentle ideas for rest, hydration, easy meals, and accepting help in the weeks after birth, along with a reminder of the postpartum symptoms that always deserve a call to your care team.

Gentle skin rituals for busy mornings

A short, realistic routine of cleanse, moisturize, and protect that fits into a hectic morning, with tips on patch testing new products and keeping things simple when skin feels sensitive.

Creating a wellness corner at home

How to turn a shelf, a chair, or a corner of the bedroom into a calm spot for stretching, journaling, or a few quiet breaths, without buying much or needing extra space.

Are supplier prices retail prices?

No. They are listing quotes with their stated quantity basis. Shipping, tax, customization and import costs may be additional.

Are these products verified as trending?

No exact product is described as trending. We show representative requested categories without treating general category interest as proof of SKU sales.

Do suppliers require subscriptions?

Printful has a free plan. Alibaba sellers set individual terms; we have not verified a complete subscription-free dropshipping agreement with them. No paid plan is enabled.

Is sea moss available?

A real sea moss capsule source record is included for research only. Independent identity, iodine, heavy-metal and microbiological testing plus compliant sourcing are needed before sale.

What about batana oil?

A Katyani Exports source record is included, with its stated ingredient and origin clearly identified as unverified seller information. No hair-regrowth claim is made.

Do you sell parasite detox products?

No. We explain why parasite concerns need a clinician, appropriate diagnosis and evidence-based treatment rather than unproven detox claims.

Is virtual care operating?

No visits, medical intake or patient registration are offered here. Any future care would require clinicians licensed in the patient’s state and secure systems.

Is Eianai a pharmacy?
